Please take note that David Perkins is a registered practising barrister, contrary to what has been propagated by some past and current members of the committee.

You have a last chance to unjam the mess you created, by contacting him and negotiating a resolution. Otherwise, he would act according to my clear instructions to proceed to court.

I am writing this email to you for future reference, in order to overcome your persistent obfuscation and misrepresentation of facts. Destroying ASPA(Vic) is not my aim. My aim is for you to admit that you acted illegally in 2008, and to annul the unfair decision taken against me, which was based on flimsy legally unsustainable false accusations.
