Dear Addressee,

I attach herewith, for your convenience, copy of a letter of demand. Signed hard copies will be delivered to each addressee.

For your information, I also attach a memorandum of legal fees totalling so far $10,750.00. Payment of those legal fees, in totality, would be part of any out-of-court settlement.
